Description

Northampton General Hospital Week Committee. Programme of Hospital Parade. Thursday, June 27th, 1946.
Assembly point of parade - Becket's Park, at 5.30pm. Time of commencement of parade - 6.30 p.m. Presentation of prizes - Abington Park, 8 to 8.30 p.m.
Route of parade.
Leaving Beckett's Park (opposite United Counties' Bus Depot), via :- Houghton Road, Derngate, George Row, The Drapery, Sheep Street, Regent Square, Barrack Road, Louise Road, Military Road, Earl Street, The Mounts, Abington Square, Wellingborough Road, Abington Park.

The Parade will be under the supervision of the chief constable (John Williamson, Esq., O.B.E.), assisted by Officers of the Police Force.

Dancing round the bandstand, Abington Park. After the presentation of Prizes - approximately 8.30pm. Music by The Ambassadors Dance Band. Collection Only.

Trick Cyclists with Mr. Higginson, on Main Path, Abington Park, after Parade.

Programme 3d. (Minimum) Please remember the collecting boxes.
