The attendant on the right is Doreen Burton (née Doreen Blewett) and the girl at the front right is Jackie Heald (née Jackie Blewett). The Carnival Queen is Miss Webster (first name is thought to be Rosemary).

Alfred Howard (Alfie) was the Town Crier of Cromer in 1962. He organised many of the carnival week activities as can be seen in the 1962 Cromer Carnival programme.
