Description

This was part of Norwich Carnival Club's portrayal of East Meets West.
The group designed 4 sections with an Eastern influence and they took part in many carnivals including Notting Hill Carnival.
Sadly, the designer and wearer of this costume, Vinnie Howe, passed away in 2008.
