Description

Alexander D Great has worked in classrooms in many primary schools in Lambeth and Wandsworth during schools carnival projects and during Black history month. He both performed for children singing calypsos that relate to Black history eg 'They came upon the Windrush' or to broader educational topics like the environment eg 'Monsanto's law'. He also worked with classes of children on composing calypso to get a message across and to compose a call and response and verses with tunes.
