Design for a costume for the Luton Carnival 2011 created by Colin Spalding and based on an idea by Jacqui Harding and Marilyn Gearing of The Samaritans, Luton. The theme they based their entry on was 'Sapphire' in celebration of the organisations 45th year in Luton. These designs were then worked on by Colin Spalding of Rampage.
