Message from the mayor
Mayor’s Parlour Town Hall Luton, LU1 2BQ. Tel: 01582 746059
I am delighted to have the opportunity to wish you well with the 2003 St Patrick’s Festival and Parade.
This year we see the fourth parade. I have no doubt that you will build on the success of the past three years and make this year’s parade even bigger and better.
I am pleased to be able to celebrate the St Patrick’s Festival, as I’m sure are all the Luton residents, with the Towns strong Irish Community who make such a contribution to the life of the Town. I know that once again we will have a wonderful and successful celebration.
May I congratulate the St Patrick’s Festival Committee and everyone involved who gave of their free time to ensure the success of this year’s Festival and Parade and wish everyone attending a happy and memorable occasion.
