Collection donated to the archive by Clive Hartland. The collection concerns Patricia Hartland (nee Patching) who was Queen of Northampton Carnival in 1960.

The collection includes a programme for the 1960 Northampton Carnival, a copy of which is already held by the archive and can be seen at CAP/NPT/24/1/5.
