The dresses for the Northampton Carnival Queen and her attendants will continue to be made by a Northampton firm despite the closure of Tootal Fashions of Northampton who used to make them. Because Tootal Fashoins of N’pton are unable to supply the N’pton carnival queen with a dress this year, Grosvenor Dress Company of 34, Talbot Rd. have come to the rescue.
