Midsummer Meadow, Bedford Road, by 5.45pm
Judging of Parade commences at 5.45pm apporx
Time of Commencement of Parade: 6.45 approx
Arrival at Abington Park, 9pm  approx.

Prizes will be presented from the Band Stand, Abington Park, by the Mayor and Mayoress of Northampton, Alderman and Mrs. T. H. Dockrell, at 9.30pm approx..

Individual Collectors- Award for highest collections
Prizes are being awarded to the individual collectors who secure the highest amounts on Carnival Night in the following categories:_
(a) for walking collectors:- 1st prize £3; 2nd Prize £2; 3rd prize £1
(b)For Collectors with an individually PROPELLED WEHCILE, E.G. Pram, Invalid Tricycle, or Novely items- For the highest amount collected- one prize £3.
Officially registered collectors only, will rank for consideration in the award of the above prizes. Competitors in the Parade and individuals taking part in Group collections are excluded. Winners will be notified by the Secretary.
