Assembly Point of Parade: Midsummer Meadow, Bedford Road by 5.45pm
Judging of Parade commences at 5.45pm (approx.)
Time of Commencement of Parade 6.45pm (approx.)
Arrival at Abington Park 9pm (approx.)
Prizes will be presented from the Band Stand, Abingotn Park, by the Mayor and Mayoress of Northampton, Alderman and Mrs P Gibson, at 9.30pm (approx.)

Individual Collectors- Awards for Highest Collections
Prizes are being awarded to the individual collectors who secure the highest amounts on Carnival Night in the following categories:-
(a) For Walking Collectors :- 1st Prize £3      2nd  £2       3rd  £1
(b) For Collectors with an individually propelled vehicle e.g. Pram, Invalid, Tricycle, or novelty items. – For highest amount collected- one Prize £3
Officially registered collectors only, will rank for consideration in the award of the above prizes. Competitors in the Parade and individuals taking part in Group collected are excluded. Winners will be notified.
